Your key role in digital transformation

Within one year, you’ll grow from a recent graduate to a full-fledged AI/Data Engineer. From day one, you’ll work with leading LINKIT clients while following an intensive learning program that introduces you to the latest technologies and methodologies.
Whether you already have some experience as a software developer or have just completed a technical or STEM degree, this traineeship gives you the opportunity to develop your technical skills further — and apply them directly in practice.

During the traineeship, you’ll work on real projects and learn to build impactful data solutions — from APIs and data pipelines to cloud environments in Azure.

Your impact in practice:

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, Spark, Databricks, and Azure.

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Develop data platforms and dashboards that help organizations gain real-time insights.

• Apply DevOps, ETL, and MLOps principles to production-ready solutions.

• Combine technical expertise with customer-focused collaboration in multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum teams.

What makes you the AI/Data Engineer Trainee we’re looking for?

You’re eager to learn, analytical, and have a strong interest in data and technology. You get energy from collaboration, sharing knowledge, and turning technical concepts into practical solutions for clients.

Your talents and experience:

• You have (or are about to complete) a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or STEM field, with a maximum of one year of work experience.

• Experience with programming, preferably in Python, Spark, or Scala.

• Strong command of both Dutch and English.

• Curious about how data and technology can help organizations improve.

• Ambitious, communicative, and ready to grow.
